Terms of Use

1. Who we are

2. What the site does

The site is a business index of farmers, wholesalers and buyers in Israel. It displays public business information and enables brokered contact requests between parties. The Company is not a party to any transaction between users, does not sell produce, makes no warranty as to quality, quantity, price or payment, and is not responsible for any dealings that follow a contact request.

3. Registration and account

Registration is by one-time code sent to your phone; there are no passwords. You confirm your details are accurate and that you are authorized to represent the business you register. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared. We may refuse, limit or close an account at our discretion, in particular on suspicion of misuse under section 6.

4. Content you upload

You own your content and are responsible for its accuracy, legality and rights. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site, in search results and in social shares. You may not upload false, misleading, offensive or infringing content. Phone numbers, email addresses and links are not permitted in free-text fields — we filter them, and repeated attempts close the account.

5. How contact works

Contact details of every business are hidden and are not exposed in pages, APIs or source. The sender provides their own details; only the recipient decides whether to approve. The sender's details are released to the recipient only upon approval. Unanswered requests expire after 72 hours. Every user may decline any request, block a sender, and remove themselves at any time. Sending quotas follow the account's trust score and may change.

6. Prohibited use

You may not, directly or indirectly: (1) collect information by automated means — scraping, crawlers, scripts or similar; (2) copy, reproduce, sell, rent or distribute information from the site, in whole or in part; (3) use information from the site to build a competing database, service or supplier list; (4) register under a false identity, with business details that are not yours, or after a previous account of yours was closed; (5) circumvent the contact mechanism, attempt to expose a user's contact details, or approach a user through another channel based on information disclosed for a different purpose; (6) send advertising, junk or bulk messages through the system; (7) take any action that harms the site's availability, security or data integrity.

Liquidated damages. For breach of 6.1, 6.2 or 6.3 you undertake to pay the Company ILS 250 per record collected or distributed, and not less than ILS 50,000, without derogating from any other remedy. The parties agree this reflects a reasonable estimate of damage that is difficult to prove precisely.

7. Profiles collected from public sources

The site displays business profiles collected from public sources, clearly marked "unverified profile" together with those sources. Such profiles contain no contact details. The business owner may claim, correct, or fully remove the profile in one click, without registering and without giving a reason. Removal requests are honoured within 48 hours and are permanent.

8. Payments

Use of the site is free for farmers and listed businesses. Paid services, if introduced, will be presented in advance with their full terms.

9. Liability

The site and its content are provided as is. We do not warrant that information is accurate, current or complete, and we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on it. The Company's liability on any cause is limited to amounts you paid us in the preceding year, and absent payment, to ILS 1,000.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the site. We may suspend or close an account that breached these terms and retain records of the breach as required by law.

11. Changes

We will update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted 14 days in advance. Continued use thereafter constitutes acceptance.

12. Law and jurisdiction

Israeli law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
